I think that developing leadership in our youth is very essential. Developing leadership skills at a young age will be very beneficial to the person as they get older. They will have something to fall back on and build on from their youth. Leadership will benefit them in everything they do, and help them stand out. Standing out in a positive way will allow them to go much further than someone without great leadership skills. There are many different ways that will help develop you as a leader, and the rewards are endless once you master the art of being a great leader. Next I will explain why it is important to develop these leadership skills. In order for youth to be prepared to work in partnership with adults, they need to develop and/or enhance their leadership skills.
